Experience: Bill has had an extensive history of construction throughout colorado. Beginning in the early 1970’s Bill worked with Turner Construction building several of the first mountain homes in the Evergreen, Co area. While with Turner Construction Bill also worked on several commercial buildings including two VA hospitals and 4 Roller Skating Rinks. For the better part of 35 years Bill lived in Imperial, NE where he was involved in the renovation and ground-up construction of commercial and office buildings. Bill returned to Denver in 2006 where he became a state certified class B commercial General Contractor.

Experience: From 1999-2005 Ty served as the General Manager in charge of construction operations with Lambert Investments based in Lincoln, NE.  His duties included the daily management and site coordination for the development and renovation of five Lincoln hotels.  From 2005-2006 Ty held a superintendent title with Kennedy Development, a custom home builder based in San Diego, California.  Upon leaving Kennedy Development Ty founded DAT5 Enterprises and Dawn Development Inc. in Denver, Co.   As a project manager Ty has built or renovated over 30 homes in the Denver Area.
