Downtown Boulder Duplexes: Bringing a Vision to Life
It’s always gratifying to see a vision come together after months of hard work. We just put the finishing touches on our latest project in downtown Boulder—a collection of four new duplexes situated right along the waterway—and you know what? We couldn't be prouder of how they turned out!
When we first started planning this site, the location was the main inspiration. Being within easy walking distance of downtown dining, shopping, and campus made this a special project to build. We wanted the architecture to match that balance of urban convenience and natural surroundings.
To make the most of the setting, we designed the homes with expansive windows that capture natural light and direct views toward the Front Range. As with any project, the real magic happens in the final details. A couple of design aspects that Dezirae, our Office Manager found most pleasing on this build were the custom handrails along the staircases and the light fixtures the designer selected for the kitchens—they give the interior spaces a refined, modern warmth.
